1. Initial Consultation & Proposal
Before any project begins, we will provide a preliminary idea or presentation outlining how we plan to achieve your goals. This ensures transparency and alignment before moving forward.
2. Contract & Deposit Requirement
Once the initial concept is approved, a formal contract will be drafted. To begin work on your project, a 30% deposit of the total project cost is required. This deposit secures your project slot and covers initial development costs.
3. No Refund Policy
Please note that once the project has started and been completed, the deposit and any additional payments made are non-refundable. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to improve the project if needed.
4. Revisions & Adjustments
If you are not fully satisfied with the final deliverable, we will work on revisions to refine the project and meet your expectations within the scope of our agreement.
